X Marks The Spot Info
X Marks the Spot is a super short quest in which Veos takes you through a treasure hunt and you have to dig in 4 different locations around Lumbridge and Draynor Village. This quest is an introduction to the Great Kourend. A new P2P area, which is accessible by asking Veos to take you to Port Piscarilius.

Speak with Veos in the Lumbridge Pub to Start the Quest
 | You can use the home teleport in your magic menu. This teleport is available every 30 minutes. |
Navigate to the Sheared Ram Pub in Lumbridge. The pub is located North of the Lumbridge castle, in between the general store and the bridge.
Speak with Veos and ask him if you can help to start the quest. He will give you a Treasure Scroll.
1. First dig location
 | Don’t forget your spade, you will need it to dig up the treasure scrolls. |
The first dig location is located just outside of the house attached to Bob’s Axe Shop.
Stand in this exact spot in front of the window, and dig with your spade. You’ll receive another clue scroll.
2. Second dig location
The second dig location for X Marks the Spot is located just outside of the kitchen of Lumbridge Castle.
Stand on this exact tile and dig to receive the mysterious orb.
3. Third dig location
| Teleport to Draynor Village using an amulet of Glory or Necklace of Passage. F2P players will have to walk here from Lumbridge. |
The third location is in Draynor Village.
Stand on this exact tile, 4 tiles away from the bush, and dig to receive the next clue scroll.
4. fourth dig location
The next dig location is also in Draynor Village. Look for the pig pen just north of the market.
Stand on this exact tile (the first tile on the right) and dig to receive an Ancient Casket.
5. Bring the Ancient Casket to Port Sarim
From draynor, walk towards Port Sarim. On the docks, you will find Veos.
Speak with Veos and give him the Ancient Casket to complete the quest.

Congratulations. You’ve finished the X Marks the Spot quest. The rewards are the following:
- 1 Quest Point
- An Antique Lamp (300 experience)
- 200 GP
