What you’ll need:

OSRS Runecrafting moneymaking methods
1. crafting mud runes 800K Profit/hr
Runecrafting level required: 13, 50+ recommended for giant pouch
Exp per hour: 30K
Other requirements:
- 82 Magic to cast magic imbue (combination runes)
- Lunar Diplomacy (magic imbue/NPC Contact)
- The Dig Site quest (access to digsite pendant)
- Enlightened Journey (balloon transport system)
What you’ll need:
- water and astral runes (for altar/magic imbue)
- pure essence
- steam battlestaff equipped (magic imbue)
- ring of duelling equipped (quick bank teleports)
- binding necklace equipped
- earth tiara equipped
- digsite pendant in inventory (quick altar teleports)
Mud run route:
- Teleport to digsite (digsite pendant) and run north-west toward the earth altar
- Cast magic imbue and use water runes on the altar
- Empty your pouches and once again use water runes on the altar
- Teleport to castle wars to bank and repeat
2. crafting law runes: 1M Profit/hr
Runecrafting level required: 54, 95+ recommended
Exp per hour: 30K
Other requirements:
- 21 mining (70+ recommended)
- 70+ hitpoints
What you’ll need:
- stamina potions
- pure essence
- food
- multiple amulets of glory (4)
Law run route:
- run from Edgeville bank to the mage of zamorak in the wilderness, use him to teleport the abyss
- head over to the law altar (runelite is convenient for highlighting the correct altar)
- repeat
3. crafting death runes: 1.2M Profit/hr
Runecrafting level required: 65
Exp per hour: 27K
Other requirements:
- 21 mining (70+ recommended)
- 70+ hitpoints
What you’ll need:
- stamina potions
- pure essence
- food
- multiple amulets of glory (4)
Death run route:
- run from Edgeville bank to the mage of zamorak in the wilderness, use him to teleport the abyss
- head over to the death altar (runelite is convenient for highlighting the correct altar)

4. crafting astral runes: 1.3M Profit/hr
Runecrafting level required: 82
Exp per hour: 34K
Other requirements:
- Lunar Diplomacy (to access the altar)
- 69 magic (moonclan teleport)
What you’ll need:
- pure essence
- law rune
- astral rune
- stamina pots (optional)
Astral run route:
- teleport to moonclan, run towards the astral altar
- teleport to moonclan to bank
- repeat
5. crafting double nature runes: 1.4M Profit/hr
Runecrafting level required: 44, 91+ recommended
Exp per hour: 30K
Other requirements:
- 21 mining (70+ recommended)
- 70+ hitpoints
What you’ll need:
- stamina potions
- pure essence
- food
- multiple amulets of glory (4)
Nature run route:
- run from Edgeville bank to the mage of zamorak in the wilderness, use him to teleport the abyss

6. crafting wrath runes: 1.8M Profit/hr
Runecrafting level required: 95
Exp per hour: 32K
Other requirements:
- dragon slayer 2
- mythical cape
- anti-dragon shield
What you’ll need:
- wrath tiara/runecrafting cape
- pure essence
- stamina potions
Wrath run route:
- use mythical cape to teleport to Myth’s Guild, access the basement, run past the dragons and enter the cave.
- craft runes at altar
- teleport to bank
- repeat
